Hello all. Is it really October? Halfway through October? Where in the world did that go!? I have passed my fourth prac at a kindergarten ^.^ nee. And am now three weeks away from finishing (and hopefully passing) my internship at the same kindergarten. Which means three weeks away from graduating O_O Que?! During the year passed I have failed a Prep prac, gotten a casual job at a childcare centre, written a war story (not the best to write... I guess it comes with the subject), created evilness with beads and string (Mwahaha, Lady Alex you are in for a shock ^.^;; ), And been out and about with friends. Note to self... I know where I'm going for my final field studies and internship ^.^ Prep classroom at a state school very close to home. Field studies start first week of march and go for 20 days. Internship starts third week of April and go for 20 days. If there are holidays during field studies or the internship they don't count as 'days' so they have to be made up, along with any sick days. This is going to be fun ^.^

Windows open - check. Fans on - check. Flannels in the freezer - check. Bearable heat - duck no. Yes this is Australia, yes it is the middle of summer, and yes I should have expected it. Apparently it isn't going to get cooler. The summer hasn't reached its 'hottest' day yet. Good news is that the heat might bring rain. And when the rain does turn up I am going to dance in it! Not sing - DANCE! In art related news (because this is DeviantArt) I have managed to make/finish a bookmark, and FlutterBy bracelet, a pair of ear rings, a Tazzie fishy, and teach a friend of brothers how to make a Normal fishy. Did I take any photos of these things ..
